Last Wednesday 29/6/2022, Less Onlus hold successfully the last training session for mentors in Italy!
The mentors’ course lasted one day. It involved 15 people from different backgrounds (e.g. Italians, foreign origin and migrants/refugees).
The focus of the mentors’ training was on the role of culture and cultural empathy, the concepts of multiculturalism and interculturalism and the central role of mentors in supporting integration and inclusion processes.
The participants stayed very satisfied and the final evaluation was absolutely positive!
